Situated in the humble heart of Canberra, the Hutchins boasts four bedrooms, a cabana poolside and open modern living. McShane Studios were engaged to highlight the Scandinavian architecture through leaning on minimalism and elevation.

Flow is the most important element to any home, so it was imperative that the design allowed the capture of natural light and included a pitch ceiling entry.
